Al HADI FOUNDATION is a community-driven charity made up of volunteers, donors and partners who believe that no one should face hardship alone.
From food and meat packs to clean water, healthcare, ambulances, loans and support for daughters, our work reaches families in their moment of need, with dignity and transparency.
We try to reach out actively to emergencies and help families rebuild their lives and livelihoods and become resilient to future hardship.
We do our best to provide lasting solutions to serious human problems such as poverty, hunger, lack of clean water and lack of healthcare.
How We Started
The Al Hadi Foundation Pakistan is a community-driven, non-profit charity made up of volunteers, donors, and partners who believe that no one should face severe poverty or medical hardship alone. Founded in 1995 and headquartered out of Chiniot District / Chenab Nagar (Rabwah) in Punjab, the foundation specializes in transforming public Zakat and Sadqah into direct, dignified, and 100% transparent welfare projects across Pakistan
To resolve this crisis, the founders established Al Hadi Hospital as a grass-roots, non-profit community project. Over nearly three decades, what started as a modest local clinic grew into a multi-department medical center that has transformed more than 500,000 lives. The foundational belief was that healthcare is a basic human right, not a luxury. This led to a strict 100% donation policy for its welfare cases, ensuring public Zakat and Sadqah go entirely toward patient treatments, free medicines, and mobile healthcare camps
As the medical teams traveled deeper into rural Punjab for medical outreach, they realized that poor health was only a symptom of a much larger issue: multi-generational poverty. A patient cured of an illness would still return to a home with no clean drinking water, no food security, and no stable source of income
The foundation believes true charity does not just relieve suffering for a day, but builds a sustainable foundation for a lifetime by focusing on human empowerment
Its baseline programs are structured to revive community-centered mercy, prioritizing widows, orphans, and isolated elderly households who cannot keep up with rising hyper-inflation
Operates under a strict non-profit protocol where on-ground delivery metrics, verified distributions, and structural materials are tracked cleanly for reporting back to local and overseas donors
